THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Position Description Number T6377000 and is part of the 106TH RQW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants.
Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year equivalent to the next lower grade, and possess experience supporting the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Providing customer service and guidance on organizational personnel policies and procedures.
Monitoring personnel records and supporting preparation of routine personnel actions with guidance from higher graded HR Specialist. Assists with maintaining personnel files and electronic records in accordance with Air Force, Air National Guard, and local directives. Major Duties
This position is located in the Air National Guard (ANG) Wing Force Support Squadron or subordinate unit and supports the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) and Orderly Room (CCQ) operations at the Squadron. The incumbent is subordinate to and assists the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, executes assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG), and supports training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies.
