About This Position
This position is located at NAF Support Division, Skwierzyna, Poland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Selectee will receive a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) to Skwierzyna, Poland for an unaccompanied tour. Assignment is to an area with very limited U.S. support facilities.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year demonstrated ability and experience performing the following duties: maintain accountability for supplies and equipment; store and distribute property received; review of inventory including disposable property, supplies and equipment and applied your knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature or guidelines OR Possess a master's degree OR two (2) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, in a field of study appropriate for this position (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, operations management, global logistics etc.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Three (3) years of experience in supply chain operations within Family and MWR, with 2 years specifically focused on supervising or managing supply personnel and handling a variety of supply-related tasks. Strong understanding of supply chain management processes specific to Army Family and MWR operations (NAF), including property accountability, procurement, inventory control, and audit compliance. Familiarity with Army regulations and NAF policies related to Family and MWR supply chain operations, including property accountability, financial management, and compliance with audit standards.
Experience using supply chain management systems, databases, and tools relevant to Army Family and MWR operations. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.

Major Duties
Responsible for provision of general supply and support services to the operating level activities within DCA and Lodging.
Serves as Accountable Officer for NAF property to include management of all NAF fixed assets, buildings, vehicles and expendable property, equipment and supplies.
Responsible for program planning, execution and coordination of the supply program.
Warehousing duties involve the responsibility for establishing standard procedures, implementation of regulatory policies and operating central warehouse facility for NAF and APF supplies and equipment
Performs the full range of supervisory personnel management duties for lower graded employees.

These allowances may include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA) and requires a Transportation Agreement in accordance (IAW) the provisions of the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR).
