About This Position

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Base Level Communications (BCO) Department of NAVAL COMP TELCOM STA GUAM.

Major Duties

You will provide the use of digital computers and associated automatic data processing equipment and required specialized knowledge of the equipment, operating systems, software development, and the operating methods.

You will provide techniques necessary for planning and programming the automation of subject-matter work and communications processes.

You will design and manage execution of Information Technology projects in direct support of Command systems and services,

You will design customer information system and base communications systems, monitors the base communications network quality assurance program (QAP).

You will perform detailed technical feasibility studies to resolve information systems and network problems.

You will investigate specific network operational and information security problem areas as directed by NCTS Commanding Officer.
