WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at ALL of the following: Managing all aspects of EEO investigative activities, including drafting investigative summaries, preparing findings, and identifying policy violations. Assessing collected data and documents, pinpoint missing information, and recommend targeted follow-up investigative inquiries.

Developing comprehensive written reports that describe allegations of discrimination and relevant evidence. Providing guidance to federal employees on EEO laws, regulations, and complaint processing procedures to ensure accurate interpretation of federal civil rights requirements. Major Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Investigator, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Leading development and execution of investigation strategies, oversees evidence collection and analysis, identifies evidentiary gaps, and ensures timely, accurate preparation of legally sufficient Reports of Investigation. Overseeing discrimination complaint investigations by applying Federal anti-discrimination laws, regulations, legal decisions, and agency policy. Developing comprehensive written investigative products, including Reports of Investigation, evidentiary summaries, compliance documentation, program reviews, and strategic reports.

Ensuring compliance with EEO laws by implementing nondiscriminatory employment practices, overseeing merit-based hiring and promotion processes, and advising employees on EEO rights, protections, and complaint procedures. Overseeing program evaluation and continuous improvement activities by analyzing outcomes, tracking long- and short-term goals, and developing strategies, plans, and communications to optimize Branch operations and service delivery.
