Supervisory Counseling Psychologist (Substance Abuse)

Develop and fully administer a multi-modality comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment program designed to treat alcohol and drug abuse related problems.
Utilize complex rehabilitation principles to conduct comprehensive substance abuse evaluations of eligible patients referred for consultation.
Establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system.
Exercise supervisor authorities and responsibilities involving work assignment and review, as well as the administrative and personnel management functions relative to the staff supervised.
