Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading large teams on complex programs; experience developing and overseeing contracts; communication and negotiation skills to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the contracted requirements; or familiarity with the budget process/cycle as well as developing independent government estimates. Major Duties

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) acquisition, program management, public affairs, and stakeholder management.
You will be managing teams and monitoring performance.
You will prepare and coordinate the timely submission of data calls, coordinating program requirements with internal and external stakeholders as well as performers.
You will prepare senior level briefs, responses to Congressional items of interest, general Requests for Information (RFI)s, public affairs queries, and providing input to financial requirements.
You will coordinate with internal and external contacts of varying degrees of authority, ensuring that all responses are submitted accurately and in a timely manner while providing a consistent program message.
You will liaison with stakeholders on all acquisition/programmatic issues and responsible for executing and updating acquisition and program documentation to support required functions in support of MIB uplift efforts.
You will prepare and disseminate program office metrics for use by senior decision makers.
