Support the design, development, and execution of online curriculum for the Department of Distance Education.

Provide counsel to faculty and staff on instructional design and educational methodology.

Coordinate and support assessment tracking, certification/accreditation requirements, and faculty development for the department.

Engage in research and publishable scholarship that advances knowledge in curriculum design, faculty development, educational methodology, or online learning technology.

Contribute to the Department of Distance Education and the Army War College mission by fulfilling other duties as required.

This position is not eligible for regular and recurring telework.

This position is eligible for situational telework only, including emergency and OPM prescribed "unscheduled telework". Situational telework is approved on a case-by-case basis, where the hours worked were not part of a previously approved, ongoing, and regular telework schedule.
