MANAGEMENT ANALYST T32

This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona with the State Surface Maintenance Management Office (SMM). The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of maintenance tasks involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on and/or improving maintenance management operations and procedures. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

Knowledge of management principles, organizational theories, techniques, procedures, and regulations. 4. Skill in preparing and presenting findings and making recommendations. 5.Ability to analyzes deficiencies in resource consumption, training, workload, and scheduling; evaluates deviations from standards and plans; and determines causes and impact on maintenance mission.
