Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Advising senior security and intelligence executives on intelligence and biosecurity-related policies, practices, and governing legal frameworks to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory standards. Independently researching, evaluating, and integrating classified and unclassified all-source intelligence pertaining to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats and delivering high-impact intelligence assessments (written and oral) for senior policymakers.

Leading analytic outreach efforts to build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with the Intelligence Community and other intelligence and national security stakeholders across the global health security, research security, and/or biotechnology mission space. Authoring executive talking points and building prep books in support of top-level attending high-level Policy Meetings and bilateral and multilateral meetings. Major Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Intelligence Research Specialist, you will: Participate in top echelon intra- and inter-agency planning and work groups, providing technically authoritative advice on global health and/or biosecurity. Develop new concepts, guides, and methodologies in the solution of unprecedented problems and develop innovative approaches and solutions. Develop, implement, and coordinate analytic programs utilizing various intelligence disciplines and structured analytic techniques. Communicate complex intelligence issues to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Education
