About This Position

This position is located in the Fleet and Family Readiness Division at Navy Region Northwest. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks in food preparation and food service areas and will serve as a primary dishwasher.

Major Duties

Set up glasses, silverware, butter, condiments, salads, desserts, bread and cold beverages on serving counter as instructed. Removes soiled dishes from tables and transports them to the dishwasher. Cuts, scrapes, chops, dices and peels fruits and vegetables. May operate electric can opener, electric potato peeler, etc. Pre-rinses dishes with water to remove food particles before washing. Loads dishes in the dishwasher, stacks and stores dishes. Performs other duties as assigned.
