Overview

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must meet state/local age requirements (21 years old) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.

Process customer transactions/orders.
Manage cash flow with register.
Proactively manage stock levels of essential supplies and condiments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across dining, lounge, and patio areas to comply with health safety regulations and enhance the guest environment.
Assist in setup and breakdown of special events and functions.
