This vacancy is for aWG-2604-10, Electronics Mechanic located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, OFFICE OF NAVAL ENGINEERING in Baltimore, MD.
Qualifications

Major Duties
You will serve as an Electronics Mechanic and be responsible for wide variety of electronics duty. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Troubleshooting and repairing new systems during pre and post operational test and in procedure to identify defects.
Installing, testing, calibrating, and aligning of and systems. Adjusting and aligning sensors, transmitters, amplifiers, power supplies, display devices, controls actuators, servos, and computer equipment. Locating and repairing malfunctions in defective circuit cards or chassis, such as audio frequency (AF), or radio frequency (RF) amplifiers, power supplies, oscillators and ultra-high frequency (UHF) and multi-channel very high frequency (VHF).
