About This Position
You will serve as a in the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND, This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f. Qualifications
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by showing demonstrated experience in: Managing routine administrative and/or human resources related correspondence; Interpreting and researching guidance in the application of law, policies, regulations, principles, standards, systems, and procedures; and Managing a purchase card program.

Major Duties
You will monitor a variety of support programs for the organization such as administration, budget, travel, training, files management, and reports.
You will resolve procedural problems based on a variety of alternatives and priorities set by the supervisor.
You will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support duties, which are auxiliary to the work of the directorate.
You will receive and screen visitors and/or phone calls.
You will determine nature of requests, refer callers or visitors to appropriate staff, or personally provide routine or procedural information.
You will refer inquiries on the basis of knowledge of programs or operations
